That was a brilliant toy, every kid who got one put maximum effort into breaking it as soon as possible.

We had Creepy Crawlers and Plastigoop, designed to be baked on open-faced metal molds shaped like spiders and heated up to an ungodly temperature.
One slip and you'd have second-degree burns in the second grade.
Today's whippersnatches wouldn't last 5 minutes with such a cool toy.

True, we did have lots of Darwin special edition toys. I miss lawn darts.
