1. My parents are finally moving out of the ATL. Which is great for them...which makes me really happy. I'm a little worried that since my stuff is in storage on their property (I closed out my apartment lease when I first deployed) and they have my cat, and my truck, that things could get difficult when i get home

as a solider serving in OIF 3 and having 2 deaths in my entire batttalion, this is the harshest thing to endure. Nothing is more heart rentching when you see in real life, this picture above my comment.

I must send my condolances to those whom have lost such an upstanding gentleman as close friend and family. I knew him only here, and not half as well as I would have liked, nor even a tenth of what he probably deserved. You have all my sympathies.

I feel like I'm doing the wrong thing by posting here, but I had to reach out to those who loved this man and tell them my heart is with them. I don't know if you'll read this, but please know, you're being thought of, and prayed for, right now.

I know it will not bring this precious special man back into your lives, but perhaps it will give you some comfort to know that hearts hurt with yours, and your sorrow is shared by many.
