Still enjoying this, even when it's breaking my heart. I want Neal to get his life back now, not years later. I love Sara with her compassion and her developing feelings for Neal... and I really feel for Neal's determination to still live his life and not let this break him despite the incredibly shitty hand he had been dealt. This really is a beautiful story.

May I just say, I really want Mozzie to come to the rescue so they can all run to a tropical island where Neal gets his operation and they can live happily ever after, evil governments be damned...

Heee! Well, I'm not drawing it out too long. But I'm so happy someone is enjoying my madness. For me, it really is in the end a romance with Neal and Sara, and I love that part of it.

Nice update.Neal's past is heartbreaking.I really adore NS and the way you write their scenes makes me love them even more. I hope we have a happy ending for them(preferably together).

Thank you! When this idea spawned, I didn't have a lot of Neal's background in mind, but it all just fell into place and unfortunately just as in canon, he didn't have a good or easy past. I'm glad you like the N/S! Their story really is supposed to be the focal point, just not so easy... :D
