Thanks! I was really happy when the ending came to me, so I could tie it into canon. I'm still working out the details in my head, but for now I just love the idea of Neal living happily with his new family!

Awwww, this is gorgeous. I love that Neal came to let her know and how they went to France (and that actually makes sense - Sara is reasonably off the radar, and it can't be that much harder to invent a new identity for a couple rather than just one person).

The whole thing is so much them - it's amazing to see them happy, despite all the hurt that came before that. Wonderful post-finale story.

Thank you! Yes, I love how it really could fit into canon. :D I hope to write another fic with Peter/El and little Neal too, to bring everyone back together.

I admit I will always want N/S together and I had to come up with a way to bring them back together post-finale, but even without Emma, I don't think it's a stretch! I also like the idea of Neal being happy despite everything. So yeah... I'll go live in my own little world.
