J-Day Pictures

Jun 03, 2005 00:32

So J-Day! I had a good time, even though I went to the pep rally and all. So ta da, time for pictures! I have extra commentary on the tags--I don't know if people have picked up on that or not, but I've done that with past picture entries too.

The hula hoop contest... slightly disconcerting with Ian gyrating in the foreground.

I love Mr. Rose! Did anyone else notice that he was pulling with one arm for the tug of war contest? haha... yay science teachers.

Mr. Maney had gloves. GLOVES. Oh man... the hum teachers are so cool.

So Dan Wright was painting a punch of people's bodies for free during the day. Here are several victims...

Matt, Jeff, Ryan!

There were also other awesome people wandering around that day, including Daniel!

And Darren...

And Chelsea Brothers with her hot hot hot mohawk

And Dan trying to block his face with a spoon covered in French Honor Society dirtcake. Ha ha ha. Nice try.

There were also my lovely junior ladies... although we're missing Lizbeth, Laura, and Jiana from this picture... ;P

And Shreya and Nyla!

We also didn't forget to pick up some quesedillas from the Spanish Honor Society. Actually, I just wanted to get a picture of Jeewon "cooking".

The temporary tattoos at the Troupe booth were also awesome... See Lauren H. and Anna! :D

Megan and Thao!

Some of us checked out those vicious killers... the llamas.

TINA! COME GET SOME SUPPER!

We also did sponge wars. I hit Philliam in the face :D but then I think he retaliated quite well with several sponges. Here's Phil, Megan, Kaitlyn, Jeewon, Emily, and myself.

So then after sponge wars, I thought it'd be awesome to get Dan Wright to paint my arms. It says "Vae victis"... woe to the conquerors. And then later Megan brushed up on it and we spent half an hour cleaning out her sweater... haha.

So then I went back over to the Troupe booth and as you can see, my hair is still wet and Ben is still ugly.

Ben says, "At least I can wash off my ugly." Oh. That cuts. That cuts deep.

And I was excited that one of my favorite alums was there!

Then Kathleen and I celebrated with our pineapples. :D

So a very good Jday in all, I approve. So I think you should comment and say how much the pictures/Jday rocked, especially if you came to this link through my profile, you punks.

PS: Darren, I didn't post our two pictures unless you want me to. ;P
