Wow. Tech support nightmare.
Ok, just a touch of background:
Um Pinnacle tech support SUCKS. I bought a Dazzle Video Creator Platinum (refurbushed by Pinnacle) and it came w/ software *from pinnacle*. I spent most of the previous evening attempting to install the software that came with the product and spent a great deal of time trying the suggestions on thier own website, ( Read more... )

There was one... I blissfully don't remember where anymore... but what drove me crazy was the whole series of platitudes where they just cut and paste information and didn't really do anything with what was going on.
Including a post by me that said "Okay, I know you have to stick to the script,but could you please stop with the cut and paste answers?"
They answered that they did not do cut and paste...
Although every answer, and every platitude was the EXACT SAME THING I'd gotten before. And lord help you if you actually want them to think.
