This book was a dissapointing sequel to the original Artemis Fowl. The only appeal the books had to me was Artemis's devious but undoubtably remarkably intelligent schemes. Yeah, I know what you mean. That is one of the great things the about the Harry Potter books. They make Harry seem just as remarkable as the beginning. The Eternity Code is pretty good, if my memory serves me correctly.
