Has anyone else found the number of problems or "disasters" in the news kind of odd? I mean, there's the Russian Sub, the Airbus that crashed, the Discovery repair... I visited the U of I campus last weekend. It was disgustingly hot. However, I rather enjoyed walking thorugh the buildings, particularly the mathematics building, which is very Hogwartsish. I just got a new computer. It's an apple. A Powerbook G4 with the new Tiger operating system. I must say, I am quite impressed with Tiger. My previous computer ran Jaguar, and this is a great improvement. I love Dashboard and the widgets. I am very excited about the Superdrive. I can finally burn my home movies to DVD ( Read more... )
