*Few hours later when Yukimura coincidentally saw the dream.
- If one thing he knew about these dreams, they could be memories. So the man ... really was not lying. He set out from his room in order to do something. Did he want to argue? Did he want to shout? He wasn't sure. But when he got to Mitsunari's room, he stood in front of it hesitantly.
Without opening the door or knocking, he called out.*
[Mitsunari is awake - he's been trying to focus himself since he awoke that morning. Trying to get his thoughts away from Ieyasu, away from this world but the snow made it difficult to leave the dojo. Deciding he'd rather be alone with his thoughts, he'd closed himself off into his chambers and attempted to sit and read a while.
Yukimura calling to him pulls his attention from his book but he remains seated on the floor, back to the door. He doesn't particularly wish to be social right now but as Yukimura has offered him hospitality, so long as he remains beneath the roof of the Takeda, he should at least grace the man with an audience when he requests of it.]
*Speaking not face to face is actually calming him down considerably. Clutching the Dreamberry close to his chest, he continues.* I have witnessed your dream. You really were speaking the truth ...!
[Mitsunari opens his mouth to speak but abruptly pauses. I have witnessed your dream - did he hear the Young Tiger correctly? While the dream he had recently had did involve Yukimura, he could not have meant such a thing in a literal sense, could he?
Impossible. A dream was mere fantasy inside of one's unconscious mind and Yukimura was no oracle.]
Mitsunari looks about his chambers, trying to determine where the noise has come from. He rises from his futon, clutching his katana warily as he crosses the room in one direction, and again in the other. It's empty, void of all life but himself.
Although still on edge, he allows his shoulders to relax- rubbing his temples slowly, wondering if the exhaustion is finally getting to him.]
[Amaterasu had watched some, but not all of the dream (you wouldn't be surprised with how distracted she was normally)
But there was a hint of happiness from her, that now it seemed Yukimura had someone he knew from his homeworld. Perhaps she should feel a loss being the only one from her own, but she was selfless and did not seem to worry over such.
But now the wolf is padding into the room, stopping at the doorway with ears perked forward curiously, waiting till she give a bark to announce her arrival. heya, how is it going.]
[Having rolled over onto his futon in an attempt to recuperate from everything that seemed to be hitting him at once, the sound of the dog barking caught his attention. He could just ignore it but as he'd made his vow to Yukimura, he would be kind to the man's companion.
Rising out of his bed, he steps over to the door and slides it open a bit more, looking down at the white animal that stands there looking expectantly up at him.]
Dog. [He knows the animal's name, he chooses not to use it] What's wrong?
[He steps backwards, gesturing for the dog to enter. At least the animal was obeying one of the unspoken rules Mitsunari had put in place - it was showing him at least a marginal amount of respect... As much as a canine could offer, at least.]
You may come inside, if you're so inclined - but you are not to pester me, do you understand?

Reveal yourself! [He stalks about his room, looking left and right] End this cowardice!

But there is only silence, the lupine simply continuing to stare up.]
