I'm divorced over 4 years now. Still have my weddintg band. I've been thinking about hocking it to on of those "we buy gold" places. Opinions please?

my dad taught me that the best place to hock your gold is in china town - you get the best price.

I saw a thinkg on the news about those we buy gold places. They rip you off.
Your best bet is like a pawn shop pr spmething but yeah get it the hell away from you!

I took it to one of those"gold" places. They weren't interested in the diamonds. Not sure if they would have given them back..but they would only give me 40 for the ring...LMAO

I still have mine too...I hocked the engagement ring and bought a killer bed but the wedding band wasn't worth squat. A friend of mine made his into a fishing hook and went fishing in baja...
