Congratulations to you and Boston "Chalie" as we all know and love him on 42 years. What a milestone. Hope you two have many, many more! It's hard to believe it has been that many years. Welcome to LJ, it's fun and enlightning being here. Jeremy, Jen and Jess have lots of friends who post here and as they have moved into their adult lives I do not get to see the old friends or know the new ones like when we were all under one roof, so I can still feel connected to them. There are good stimulating conversations going on daily and I am interested in your input, especially the religious aspect to the topics. I am so happy you are here with us, as I am sure the "kids" are too! Well, enjoy your big day and tell "Chalie" congratulations from me, too.

thanks for the congrats. It's been a wonderful 42 years - some hard ones and some good ones. It seems we are in the best ones right now. We had planned to go out to dinner, but did so much running around in Mobile, we were too tired! Guess the prime rib will have to wait. Take care and I'm glad we get to keep in touch like this. Congratualtions Rev. Mimi. I will enjoy reading your posts. Jeremy is on my daughter's friend list, so I read his journal all the time, even though he doesn't know me at all. That is how I found your name.

Thank you for this message. I certainly enjoyed your message about Lent - it's refreshing to read someone who feels safe in sharing their faith and belief. I feel sure we will share lots of LJs! And jeremy is special - to all of us!
