well what ended up as a nice bike ride turned out as a not so nice nice walk back from the beach as I somehow ended up with a 2" nail through my tire/tube. I guess I'll be calling around the bike shops to find out how much a new tube and tire is going to set me back since if I'm not working I really need my bike to go for a daily ride.

shouldn't cost you more than $20. i want to bring my bike to dave so if you want to go for a ride with me, come.

in the meantime, if you want to use my bike--it's in desperate need of a tune-up, but you are welcome to it.

Ah good call, I wasn't sure if they sold tubes and tires. Looks pretty easy to put on.
