Their Trappist ice cream was really nice as well, quite different from the Achel one, more beery from what I remember. But I'd happily recommend either, should anyone ever find themselves at one of these abbeys and not wanting to drink beer for some reason. Particularly if it's really hot.

All very good stuff. If you really feel the urge to try one I'm sure we could track one down in Brussels or wherever. Though I'm sure there'll be plenty of other fine beers.
