Belgium In November: Day 2: Cantillon and on and on.

After a leisurely breakfast fringefaan , pingopark  and I headed off on a bit of a walking tour of Brussels with the Cantillon brewery as our destination. Meike and I had been before but were happy to go again, and reckoned it was an essential visit for Randy.

A few places seem to have those if you order lambics; seems to be so you can pour without disturbing the sediment.
They do look rather 70s but I think they might be older. Maybe you can make one doing your mindful rafia work.

In fact, the Poechenellekelder served me lambic in a basket.

Pervert that I am I was reading more about the slang term fou'foune at some point, and it appears to have the same double meaning as "fanny" in American vs. British English.

One of the times we were in the Kulminator recently we saw the even-lower-tech version of the lambic basket; a couple of flat bits of plywood nailed together with an iron handle. Weird.
As to fou'foune, I can't say I'm hugely surprised, the arse seems to be the body part most compared to a peach in things I've, ahem, come across.
