I can't remember the name of the movie, though that doesn't bother me so much. It's Merlin: Some Subtitle, but that's all I know.

Was it with Helena Bonham Carter as Morgan and Martin Short as Frik? I have that movie, it's one of my favorites.

Yes, that's it! It's one of the movies I respect a lot, but it could never be one of my favorites because it tears me up so much to watch it--tragic, tragic, nostalgic and tragic. I love Frik though.
