[The feed is crackling constantly, and in the background there is some positively maniacal laughter. To those that ever faced Stein when he's gone absolutely insane, it sounds exactly like him when he's laughing. In fact, it is his voice, that broken cackling, though it seems farther away than the voice that's speaking.
