Jaymi and I saw Serenity tonight. It was really good, much better than I expected. I never watched the TV show it was based on, Firefly, but I may have to check it out. =P I think SciFi is going to pick it up.

I'm still really stuffed up today. I just took NyQuil and Benadryl so I'll probably be dead to the world soon.

I started doing those Sudoku puzzles in the back of the celebrity rags. I love them, they're really fun!

The ones that are "hard" or "challenging", though, are almost impossible..o_O I was doing one last night and I had erased so much I was wearing holes into the paper. =P I don't know what I did but I kept ending up with too many 5s in one area =P

NyQuil doesn't make me as sleepy as it used to. I noticed on the box it said that it's now pseudoephedrine-free. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Some medicines with pseudoephedrine make me sleepy and some make me hyper. =P

What's this Sudoku? I've started seeing books of these crop up in bookstores.

It's kinda hard to explain it without having one in front of you, but basically you have to have numbers 1-9 in each box but not repeating any numbers in the box or the rows.

The one I picked up has some monster ones that are 16x16 (instead of 9x9). Oog. =P

Pick up a book and try it. =D (Stick with the 9x9 first o_O).

Thinking about either seeing Serenity today or Corpse Bride. It was Rich's b-day on Tuesday so he has the pick. I was channel surfing last night and saw there Firefly was on Sci Fi. I've never seen the show either. Movie looks interesting tho. Looking forward to going to see either one of those movies tonight and having some yummy movie theater popcorn. Mmm, popcorn. :D

They're pretty different movies and all, but I think I enjoyed Serenity the most of the two. I think it has a little of a Matrix-y feel.

I want to see Serenity, I keep hearing good things about it. I only hear good things about Firefly too but aparently Fox was trigger happy and cancelled it after only one season. That is cool that sci-fi is going to pick it up.

Fox is notorious for cancelling their good shows, like Family Guy (it's back now that Cartoon Network picked it up and had awesome success with it). I still marvel that they managed to keep Simpsons for umpteen years. =p
