You know what it's like when it's the middle of summer, and it's hot and you're tired and sleepy (they're different things, people, different things), and blogging seems like a lot of effort, and you've got study to do and meal plans to make? Yes? No?
Anyway, that's how I'm feeling.
Monday
Public Holiday, Can't Be Bothered Bento: tamagoyaki, tuna/tofu/kochujang burgers, rice w/furikake.
Tuesday
Cooked-to-death hot & sweet peppers, tofu cutlets, steamed spinach, rice w/furikake.
Wednesday
Tuna/tofu/kochujang & tuna/tofu/miso burgers, namul, carrot kinpira, umeboshi, rice.
Thursday
Shirataki, kochujang, tofu, mixed vegies.
Friday
Steamed broccoli, prawn & turkey shuumai, capsicum w/maple syrup & chili, rice w/furikake.

* I really like all this playing around with vegies. Dad says it's a nice surprise when he tastes them, because he never knows what flavour he's going to get :D
* Need to find some more recipes. There's a lot of double-ups next week.
