And.. I didn't have a bad morning or anything... just sometimes, that's how I am...

Hun, don't think of yourself like that.... that will only reinforce the negative aspects you see in yourself. Sorta like how in sociology they say 'labelling' causes people to finally accept what they may not truely be.. eventually warping them into what they fear the most.
