I am amused.. and feel a little more prepared.

Tripod eh? Cool deal... I have a certain affinity for tripods as they fall into my category of useful astronomy equipment. ;-) I have an ST80 refractor that fits nicely on a heavy duty photo tripod I have - makes for a very portable telescope, and a handy tripod to use when I need to get a good photograph (or at least try to!).
