Matinay and I were out for our constitutional today, walking past the Lynn Street mini park, we decided to go down to the water. Who was there but the pair of ducks AND the pair of geese? There are now two canada geese walking around out there. They're not as friendly looking as the ducks. One keeps staring me down while standing in the street. I think he wants to fight me. They're not really doing anything, just standing there. Waiting. -

So I just got off the 70 bus, from Downtown to U District via Eastlake. I currently live on Eastlake. I got on the bus downtown at 3rd and Pike. When I was walking Matinay to the bus the other night, there were two ducks walking around on the parking strip in front of the condo. One male, one female. They were just sort of poking along, like they were out for a evening stroll, after a nice date. When I came back that way, they were further up the block, just ambling along. It pleased me. -

Ramble time. Maybe sometime I'll get myself back up to the prolific levels of when I started this thing. I got a paper due today, but it's not done, and, as I forgot I had work this morning and showed up late, probably won't get done today, but I'll be ready to present, at least ( Read more... )
