I think the subject really says it all.  Of all the malfunctions to trigger I accidentally opened the doors.  In Limbo.  The realm beyond time.  Where creatures that feed on time live.  IN A MILLENNIA OLD LIVING TIME MACHINE!

When I finally dispatched them they'd eaten half of the systems I'd fixed and I had to fix them all again.
