A Human Right are fundraising to buy a satellite from a company that's going bankrupt, with plans to provide internet access to people going without.  Candidates are Papua New Guinea, which has a connected rate of only 2.1%, or any number of possible locations in Africa.  (They'll move the satellite to where they need it.)  A worthy cause indeed.
