Holiday Baking - Help me narrow down the possibilities list?

Okay, so I'm probably going to make 1-2 batches each week this week, next week, and the one after. Tomorrow is the office Christmas party, and then I'll want to give some to neighbors, and then the last ones I'll take home to NC. There are currently 7 candidates, though I may yet find others. There's one hazelnut sugar cut-outable Czech cookie

Tell me more about oatmeal butterscotch cookies! I'm intrigued!

I have NO IDEA what to make for the cookie exchange next week. I don't wanna spend a lot on ingredients, but I wanna do something tasty. I'm thinking chocolate-peppermint crinkles, or just peppermint butter cookies like I usually do.

But those fig swirls look awesome, and I might have to make some for myself.

They all sound yummy. My hubby makes rum and bourbon balls. Which seem to be liked.
