I have a simple pilonidal cyst just south of the small of my back, near the tailbone. I thought I pulled something, until I found the lump. Doctor's say it's no biggie, I'll either have to take some pills or they will drain it surgically.

Im sorry Brian. If it makes you feel any better, I once had a cyst in my nipple. It was gross.
