Had a customer called up, he brought a door bell 2 years ago, said the chime volume of it is 1/5 the volume it used to be when he first brought it. I asked him the routine question "have you changed the batteries" he said "Pardon"
lol. He must have felt a little red faced after that. I probably would have said "err... oh yes, of course... that was the first thing I did. Anyway, I think I'll just get a new one. gotta go, ok thanks bye" :p
