(no subject)
typical day in my life meme from team7 (i got off my lazy ass and answered this just cause' she's a special friend. :D *huggletackleglomps* we still haven't had out coffee date! ;___; wah! :D): describe a typical day in your life in your LJ. nothing too soul-shaking, of course, but just your daily routine, habits.
since i'm *supposed* to be practicing information design (or so my teacher says...:D mwehehehhehhe.) i'll try putting my boring life into an easy to ignore digest form. ^___^ i do follow a "set" routine, but it varies according to the day and other special circumstances. :D
11.00 - 11.15 am - time to wake up
i'm NOT a morning person, so it kinda takes a LOT of rolling about and grumbling before i get up. :D i have a habit of not wanting any lights on when i go into the bathroom and dressing up. dunno why, but...i find it's more peaceful that way. :D i don't eat any breakfast either. :D
12.00 - 1.30 pm - bum/catch up with homework time
i often schedule my classes and meetings in the afternoon (reason? see above. :D) this is the time i often just hang out in my room to read/watch anime & movies or finish whatever homework/project which i didn't finish last night.
2.00 - 3.30 pm - lunch
with my mom (and sometimes my sister). i pick up my mom from her dental clinic and we go off to greenhills (which is a mall nearby) to eat. we're used to eating late, so it's not really a problem for us. :D
3.30 - 6.00 pm - classes
hehehe, the perks of being a graduate? taking how many (or how little, in this case) classes you want. :D i love my design classes. i really feel that they've prepared me to jump into formal design studies abroad, but...well...i don't like the homework and projects! ;)
6.30 - 7.00 pm - visiting my grandpa
we always go to visit my grandpa (take note, MY MOM'S DAD. :D please don't get it wrong. :D mwahaahhaha. there's no way in HELL i'd go visit my dad's dad willingly. ^__^ ugh.) since he's living all alone now. (my grandma passed away three years ago, God bless her) i LOVE spending time with my grandpa cause' he's a pretty cool guy. we always watch basketball games at his place (he loves yao ming. ^___^ ah, the chinese link!) and talk about everything under the sun.
7.00 - 8.30 pm - shopping
usually with my mom and sister. :D just to go around and look at stuff.
9.00 - 10.30 pm - dinner
haahhah, we're also used to having dinner late. :D i usually turn on the TV at this time and watch some news (or basketball games. to my sister's chagrin. :D)
11.30 pm - 4.00 am - surfing the net, doing homework, taking a bath, lazing about, watching TV, etc.
yes, i sleep at 4 am everyday waiting for my sister to finish with her homework. i lend a hand whenever i can, but she's an honor student (NUMBER 1 IN HER MANAGEMENT COURSE, BABY!) so she won't rest until she knows/does every single thing assigned to her. ^___^ ah, the perks of being the lazy older sibling. ;) mwahaahhaha!
see? pretty boring, right? ;) haahaahaaahha, my life's more exciting when me and my close friends get to meet up, but half of them are in china (WAH!) while the other half are at work. so...that leaves me the odd one out. ^____^ and with an overprotective, overbearing mom like mine, you WON'T get to leave the house without her consent. which she NEVER gives. ^___^; i'm in jail, someone let me out! :D
