HAHAHA

kk do that too.

Hide and buy books i mean.

Like when we go to the store...we split up and i dash to the book section where i go quickly buy my book(s) and run to the car and stash it under the seat.

Then i Go back to find her and metion something about some odd thing thatw as on sale.

hmmm yes

Ohh my dad helps me with another, ONline buying, which i dont do often but if its a past book and it wont be in the stores to go there to get it

*smiles*

my reasons are well; the books i read my be war type, suspense, murder type stuff but they have there share of romance in it which of course means sex.

*sigh*

That is so annoying, having to hide and read, she gets mad if she doesn't see my doing any "house work"

We'll be secret book spys together then wont we!!

wooo

uh huh

phooey

ZOMG! we do EXACTLY the same thing! :D hahahha, i totally know what you mean about splitting up and dashing through the book section. i did that when i was in london drugs the other month. (amazingly, they have a great selection of hard to find books. never expected to buy any book there, since i usually stick to chapters/indigo.) i think the cashiers thought i was a freaky shoplifter or something. ^___^; hahhahahhahahha!

ah, sex. the one thing almost all parents ban and ignore. :D

and definitely, we'll both be secret book spies! woooooot! *cues in james bond music* ^____^

LMAO yes!

Do you know grocery stores have books too...? not all of them mind you.

The one near my house has a small rack with a good assortment but yes my point is they plus ppl like wallmart and zellars (you wouldn't have heard of it since it canadian and yeah *rollseyes*) have book sections with 25% off!!!!!!

So i buy from there when i can. THe drug store doesn't do that...lol so pay full price but yes... As for Chapters/indigo...I swear i could live there but as i said, with my modest budget and i jsut spend a hour or so in there then go to the cheaper places.

lol

We're international book spies.

lol

my mother generally doesn't care if the cover has a bloody head or soemthing...she says i'm reading a novel (which by her standards mean sex)...but for goodness sakes its not like i'm reading mills and boons (which i do but yeah my friend got me into it so i blame her) all the time.

Sheeesh

Either way tho, i think they should be glad we're reading and not doing stuff that young ppl do (well the bad stuff anyway)

lol

oh yeah. my local save-on-foods has lots of the new books. i never paid much attention to the magazines/book racks at groceries before (since they were quite limited when they first started selling the stuff), but they've certainly expanded today, haven't they? ^__^ which is fine with me! :D ( ... )

the newspaper? ooooh, look, it has all those and more in an extremely boring format!

lol!

what my mother complains of is the space my books occupy. XP

hahahha, at least that's all she complains about. :D it's harder to defend content, if you catch my drift. ;)
