We decided to have a mini renovation to create another room for Jon rather than him sharing the room with Jaz. Jaz needs her privacy, and it's really not good for Jon to barge in whenever she's changing etc. To entice him, we will be getting a sports car single bed which a friend had. I have something similar to this where the stairway goes the other way, i.e. "L" shape

it has a study table and wardrobe too?
where did you get it?

Nope...mine does not come with study table and wardrobe. Mine is with 3 beds - upper and lower deck + pull out bed. That's why my steps are in the "L" shape out. You should do away with the wardrobe so that your steps can turn in and it will not be as lengthy. They have various permutations which you can work around.

maybe you can check with the furniture shop if there is an option not to have the stairs? We have something that looks like it's from that shop, but we did not buy the stairs but have ladder instead.

hey, went to IMM last night 3rd floor, there is this furniture shop that sells alot of these kids beds and furniture, saw alot of car beds (single) leh...but i did not have the time to ask them the price lah...go check it out :)
