Well, not much to say really, as per usual, just wanted to let everyone know that I got my acceptance from Culinary School today, so a-chefing I will go.
mmmmmmmmmm seabass. With a nice miso glaze and carrot ginger purree......and fried leek and toasted pinenut with mango salsa..............seabass is good.
yay! congratulations! i really need to take some courses, nothing as fancy as you are taking.... but just something so i can improve my skills. what school are you going to?
