1) is it possible the comment wasn't in reference to your doing a poor job? Could she be referring to having 15 customers and only 1 person to attend them as "very bad?"
2) If it was in reference to you, you deserve to have a boss who's capable of letting you know if there's something wrong or something you should be doing, or doing differently. If your boss is incapable of guiding your performance, you shouldn't be working for that person.
3) Standoffish behavior from a supervisor and lack of feedback is a great first step toward a "hostile work environment" suit.
