Last week, I attended J1's writer's workshop. Each 5th grader sat at his desk, displaying a short autobiographical story for sharing. Forty-five minutes late, I briskly sat down on the other side of J1's desk, who immediately sprouted up eager to get me a cup of coffee. Ha, "J1" has talent in this area, for sure. Very smart, sweet and funny! I wouldn't recommend removing the pic of the letter, but you do run the risk of exposing Candace's true identity. Feel free to delete this comment if you deem it necessary.

Nice to see you posting on here. I recently turned to my lj in the "depths of my despair" (uplifting, I know), but it's comforting to see friends posting on here.

Yeah, I had this friends-only, but i forgot that my former therapist is not my facebook friend so she wouldn't be able to see it. Now that she's read it, I guess I can re-block it. I can't believe you missed this on facebook. I think it was my most liked entry in my history of facebooking. lol
