We just returned from Universal Studios, settling down, playing with our Harry Potter swag. This closes out our week in Florida. We have to hit the road early tomorrow to get back to the mitten. dog, interruptedRoot, the good dog, just stole Dent's dog cookie full of downers. very bad, Root. The vet says that she is bigger than him, though she should be really relaxed today. The new attorneys dropped off of the face of the earth (training) just in time for my boss's father to pass away. He had a crapload of cases on the docket. I think I spent 70% of my day working on somebody else's cases. Last week, I attended J1's writer's workshop. Each 5th grader sat at his desk, displaying a short autobiographical story for sharing. Forty-five minutes late, I briskly sat down on the other side of J1's desk, who immediately sprouted up eager to get me a cup of coffee.
