Brenda thinks Aerrow is a very Special boy, who is going to get himself raped in a dark alley or something if he doesn't wise up, seriously.

Shiba ... well, okay, here's the thing. Shiba is a bastard. He doesn't really do the friendship thing, but! Cultivating a good relationship with good, honest people like Aerrow (and Virgil, for that matter) benefits him. It helps maintain his image of a nice young man, especially with Chika and Shito here before him and able to do serious damage to his plans.

Shiba compliments Aerrow because, well, it works. He gets flustered, caught off his guard, and just a little easier to manipulate. ♥

Brenda is actually adjusting well! Sure, she's trapped in a prison camp overrun with the undead and lots of weird shit happens, but. Weird shit has been happening in her life since Jaime went into space, so it's no big. Having Jaime in camp helps a lot, because she likes knowing that he's not alone like his last big adventure. Also knowing that time passing back home is not really an issue helps. Especially since she and Jaime figured out they could use it as an opportunity to become SUPER STUDENTS omg score.

Jaime is Brenda's BFF, by God, and that's that. She is going to be there for him no matter what. And she will beat sense into him if he thinks for one second he's going to leave her out of things again.
