Characters with spiritual power would be able to see the black ring around his neck, but he doesn't draw attention to it. It'll probably be at least partially hidden by his collar most times.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything, really! Might pay to be a bit subtle if you're planning to bring up the OOPS DEAD thing. It's such a shame to stab new friends, after all. :(
Abilities: He's smart! He likes to do sound editing in his spare time! He's good at solving crimes that he commits! Shiba fights with an ectoplasmic knife that he can, uh, control with his mind, I guess. IT FLIES AND STABS AT THE SAME TIME, NEAT HUH. He is real good at stabbing, having had lots of practice. Oh, he is a feisty little bastard.
Notes for the Psychics (and the wacky spiritually inclined): W-well, Shiba is perhaps a little crazy. Genuine, healthy emotions aren't really his thing. Also, he's a zombie that was reaped by a shinigami and then ... stole the shinigami's spirit cock or heart or whatever so now he's a whateverthefuck. Canon hasn't really told us WHAT'S UP WITH THAT yet, so. I'm pretty sure he'd at least ping people as being special~.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure, but it might get a little complicated. Might want to drop a line first.
Hugging/Kissing/Other Non-Violent Physical Contact: Go for it! Shiba won't reciprocate much, but he won't mind it.
