credit unions offer the best rates - have any teachers in the family? they can usually get you an application to Teacher's Credit union.
However, the transfer is considered a Cash Advance so you can pay higher fees than Credit. Check the 'introductory low rates' fineprint. Mine ran out within 6 months, but if you work hard you can pay off a bard in that time with no other major bills on.

yeah, I'm with a credit union. What I do with my credit card and how I paid it off was to switch from one interest free or low rate card to another every 6months. Worked at treat. Thats what I need to do for sasha.

I have a St George Vertigo card, which offers zero interest for 6 months and then goes to quite low interest (11.89%).

It seems that MBF is offering no 2 or 6-month waiting periods at the moment for its Hospital + Extras Cover, but only till 31/10. HCF seems to be offering it till the end of November, but excludes pre-existing conditions and psychiatric care. A few others are offering no 2-month waiting periods for extras, but nothing else...

Oh, and we still have a sofa bed and small table free to good home, if you want them, but transport may be a little tricky from Roselands.
