I agree you need to confront her and either come to an accord or sue. Business is business. The contract is still in effect and you have the right to get compensation for your efforts. Sorry that this had to happen.

I would definitely speak with a lawyer before confronting her if you have not already. This way you have a solid idea on what can, or will happen if she does not fallow through. Don't show up talking out your ass. That's my healthy advice.
