Forgive me, it's been years since I've gone to the Merc during the summer time, but do they allow their patrons to wear shorts? Like cargo shorts?

I know, dumb question, but I'm kind of retarded at the moment.

The dress code isn't that strict anymore, you could get away with Cargo shorts :) perhaps adorn combat boots with said shorts? :)
