I've notice that this semester I'm much more conscious of my spine and its configuration. I don't think it's just THR 201, for which the warm-ups have forced me to become more aware... I noticed it during WFR over intersession. I like to have my feet on the floor and my knees at either a 90º or 180º angle, which is difficult with fixed-height ( Read more... )
