Long story short: Please vote "No" on prop 9. It will cost Stevie his job.

Longer story:  Prop 9, wrongly named "victims right's" would take away the right of a person to have an attonery present  at a hearing that could cost them years of their life, and my husband is one of those attonerys. It would cost the state millions, and not really help us

Unfortunately, I'm still recovering from surgery. Our usual Samhain celebration was moved to our house since I didn't think I could take the ride up. Staples come out on Tuesday, though and I getting off the vicodin. I hope the party is greta and look forward to seeing your new house sometime soon. Sorry we can't make it.
