In all those America riots you mentioned there was direct conflict between 2 groups. Minority groups against majority groups.

Riots with a homogenous group and no police or oposition groups offering resistance seldom lead to blood.

Of course there are police offering resistence. A large chunk of the dead were shot by police.

I wouldnt be surprised if the 12 died from stepping on the landmines we`ve littered about the place... Infact we propbably kill at least double that in civillains a week there.

It's kind of funny that the common element in all of these deadly that Robin mentioned (including the one currently going on in Afghanistan) is that the United States government presided over all of them.
