Nope, haven't seen the source material. I'm not a huge anime fan, due to a whole host of things, but I'll happily read well-written fic, even not knowing the source ;)
As far as generous praise...I only call it the way I see it :) *hugs you*
What a lovely thing to read first thing in the morning on my first day back at work after a long weekend (3 1/2 days were the weekend; the 4th day was waiting around for Mother's new medical case manager to come by and talk to us). This was worth coming back to work for!

Have you seen the source material? "Ouch" is right. (Gojyo's nightmare is based on a canonical childhood incident....)

Thank you for such generous praise. ::blushes::

But the manga came first, and the manga is SO SLASHY EVEN I SAW IT. Is that recommendation enough? ;)
(If you wanna try the anime, tho', would you like to borrow my DVDs? I'll send 'em with a return envelope - sorta like a bargain Netflix.)

Well, as long as the limiters are on, that is. I don't think his claws would be too cuddly. ;)
And, thank you. It's amazing when stuff just comes outta nowhere.
