The short answer; yes.

Unfortunately it's a long drawn out process. First we will get a settlement offer, some day. Then we will determine whether the settlement is reasonable or not. If not, we begin litigation which can take years to resolve.

That's good news about the surgery though, right? If they're taking out the pins and wire, that means they think it's healed enough not to need them?

That's right, Kris. Though, the therapist is baffled as to why they've waited this long with the obvious range limit and minimal improvements. But you're right. It's a positive thing and means that I could very well be done with all of this by the time Ambercon comes around!
