Ambercon 2009

Mar 25, 2009 00:02

According to the list from Simone, and excluding the returning player games I'm in, I managed to get into the games I was interested in. And it looks like I'll be meeting some new people as well as havingfun with some old friends! Though I *do* have a bit of work ahead of me for characters. :-)

Very much looking forward to April 16, 2009!

Ray~

According to Babelfish, the Japanese translation is; "The [a] ~, preparation was possible."

And the Chinese translation is; "あ ~, preparation が で き た."

We're ready is basically what it's saying.

Oh, and it's Japanese because it incorporates hiragana characters.

あ (pronounced ah) ~ (this just means you exted the vowel sound)

準備ができた。-> Junbi ga dekita. I am prepared, I am ready.

Heh! The short answer is; I'm not sure, yet. :-)

I know that doesn't help, sorry.

I note also that we're playing exactly zero games together.

"I note also that we're playing exactly zero games together."

Yeah that's a bummer. :-(

"... assuming we make it in time."

well, it is an 8-hour trip, plus we lose an hour when we cross into Indiana, and though that shouldn't be a problem if we get out of the house at a decent hour, it doesn't account for the unexpected. =)

which reminds me that I should make sure we have your cell phone number before we leave. will you have your cell phone with you? that way if we're held up, we'll have someone to conact. shouldn't be a big deal for me, since I'm in Tribute in slot 1.
