Who's to say we are better? This blog was started by listening to Hot Kiss 106.3 the other day. The Girly Spot of the day was about California outlawing spanking. (I am guessing Disciplinary Spanking, as opposed to Recreational Spanking.) Anyone caught spanking would be fined and could face up to a year in jail
