Exercise:
    Situps: 3
    Bike Ride: 30 minutes

Food:
    Breakfast: smoothie
    Snack: granola bar
    Lunch: sirloin cheeseburger, two hot dogs, baked beans, water
    Dinner (to be): salad

Might be going to the gym with a friend MWF and biking TRSat instead of current plan but dunno for sure yet.
