Also, I am still devoted to complete the 100 things: a blogging challenge, devoted to autism and related stuff. But stuff has been rather hectic here. But I was working on some mythbusting autism fables blogs the past ( Read more... )

Awww! Alex says "I love you" a lot also and it always feels incredible. Never get old.

I think it is wonderful that you are writing about these questions. People need more first-hand knowledge about dealing with some of these challenges. Researchers and therapists, however knowledgeable, cannot give the insight of parents.

this time I am writing about Language and Speech Disorders (my son's 2nd handicap) in relation to autism. It is hinted at that it will become a series of articles, so at least I am doing some writing. Go me.

Go you, indeed! I think it's totally fantastic that you're writing about this and that it may become a series of articles. As the tests get better and more and more children are tested, it's becoming more and more evident that autism is present in a much larger percentage of children than had previously been thought. It's not easy for the parents or the children and every little bit of experience you can share will be welcomed and used. Bravo!

When you write about your children I read with a huge smile on my face. Susannah seems quite a profound thinker. Kevin reminded me of my own son who used to hug me and tell me that he loved me. Those are special times :)
