I'm heading out west again - this time for business, not pleasure - though I'm hoping to have a bit of that while I'm there....

The Canadian Association of Midwives is having their annual conference in Vancouver this year and I was fortunate enough to be off call - so that means I'm going - YIPEE!!

Hard for me to say no to the midwife festival as it is taking place in Heritage Hall which is a block and a half from my house.

Feel free to invite yourself over before hand for dinner and drinks if you feel in the mood and are possessed of the time.

Will be good to see you again ... oh, plus I got engaged, which is different than last time and partly your fault.

I would have emailed you but I don't have your email... hopefully this reaches you!
A good friend of mine is pregnant and hasn't considered "alternate" books (ie not "what to expect while you're expecting") and I was hoping you might have a good recommendation for one or two of your favorite non-conventional or just your favorite pregnancy books that I could buy her.
