the pics so far have been really pretty.. and that was on the ugly island!
i forgot to mention the loud rude germans at the hostile hostel.. they woke me and higley up- they were talking loudly about transformers 2.. DA optimus prime es uber blah blah blah (this was the night after i vomited!)
also forgot to mention.. i accidently turned into oncoming traffic! thankfully it was early and no one was coming my way! i freaked out though..
the ferry ride this morning was quite lovely. amazing boat. we're staying at this lovely hostel in nelson (the sunniest city in nz); they had a bunch of tasty free food out for us (amazing pizza) and we went to a neat little farmers market and bought lots of honey and rosemary lemon shortbread! YUM!
another farmers mkt tomorrow for bread, cheese, fruits, and veges for our hike in abel tasman (4 hour long coastal walk) yay!!!
