Busy!

Wow, I haven't posted in quite some time! It's been pretty busy here at work for the past two weeks to the point that I don't have a chance to do much else. I don't mind it though, when I come home I feel pretty accomplished and it makes the week go by pretty fast

Our relationships to food are pretty strange I find. Generally people eat entirely against what their instincts and bodies tell them to eat because we're SO inundated with what we "should" eat whether its junk food or healthy food
